Student Records

Most of the personal information the school has about each student is recorded on the admission card when the child is first enrolled. Information provided to the school is used only for school purposes, and is not disclosed to third parties without your permission.

It is essential that you notify us of any changes to your contact details, to ensure that the school can contact you in an emergency. Parents are asked to help keep the admission card up-to-date by notifying the Registrar of any change of address, telephone numbers, doctor or emergency contacts.

Permission Forms

Upon enrolment, and at the commencement of each school year, parents are asked to complete a number of permission forms to indicate their permission or otherwise for children to participate in school activities. Again, we ask parents to notify the Registrar should any changes be required.

  • Medical information (outlining relevant medical history, doctor contact details and medication requirements)
  • College Park & UWA oval permission form (permission to allow your child to go onto the College Park at lunch time and to the UWA oval for supervised sporting activities)
  • Technology permission form (permission regarding Internet use, use of off-site computer labs and use of child's photo for marketing and Public Relations purposes)
  • Religion Class preference form (indication of preference for Baha'i, Christian or non-religious classes)
  • School Directory form (contact details for School Contact Directory)

Please contact the office should you need to update any information or to obtain additional or replacement forms.

House System

The school operates a House system, which aims to give children opportunities of accepting responsibility for several school activities. Each child is assigned to a House at enrolment. All children within a family will be in the same House. The houses, are:

  • PRIOR (green)
  • ROONEY (blue)
  • COWAN (red)

Year 7 House Leaders are elected each year. Each House is placed on duty for the week, and leaders and house members are responsible for the tidiness of the school grounds and for assisting duty teachers.

School sport is organised on a House basis and staff members take responsibility for each House. House points can also be awarded for non-sporting and behavioural achievements. A perpetual House Shield is presented to the winning House at the end of the year.
