Facilities

East Claremont Primary School is a small, community driven school with a compact campus. Supervised access to adjacent College Park and the University of Western Australia's Claremont Campus offer vast playing fields for recreation and sporting activities. The ECPS Site Plan is available for viewing.

Two separate playgrounds on school grounds offer Junior Primary students safe playing areas.

Our air-conditioned classrooms and well appointed Library Resource Centre are equipped with an integrated IT system throughout the school. Our multi-purpose undercover area provides a versatile venue for learning, performance and play. Construction of this building was completed in 2008 and has proven to be a wonderful asset to our school.

The purpose built off-site Pre-Primary Centre is located in lush, shady grounds and is extremely well-resourced, thus enabling staff to implement a program where all children are involved in a variety of rich and rewarding learning experiences.

Technology

Students and staff use information technology for a wide variety of learning tasks and activities. Access is provided to the latest technology in the form of IBM computers, printers, digital cameras, video and data projectors.

Staff integrate technology in their teaching programs wherever possible and are encouraged to continually widen their technology expertise.
